The New Land register
The New land register is being studied, which will determine the value of the property. It will be determined starting from the market values per square meter for the relative estate typology recorded, in all likelihood, by the Omi (Observatory of Real Estate of the Territory Agency). At this first fact, a series of successive coefficients apply: the stairs, the year of construction, the plan, the exposure, the reflection of the air, the view, the lift or not, the central heating or autonomous (the latter lowers the value), the maintenance state.
